COVID-19 Military preparation.
Taking a deviation from my original blog intent, and looking at data to understand and hopefully predict where the current Corona Virus events will progress to.
There’s a lot of hidden markers that are not public knowledge and escape the attention of analysts. Dropping a few notes here as much for the note taking as prompting discussion for a more in depth analysis.
Military preparation is an indicator of government preparing for escalated disaster response.
March 24th. US military announces HPCON Delta status for all military personnell and HPCON level Charlie for all installations.

Obviously this is non-trivial. I see this as a precursor to deploying the military for maintaining public order. Largely to manage risk and ensure military capabilities are not crippled by staff illnesses.
Essentially this requires all military personnell to stay at home and maintain a state of readyness. That said, the military have a policy of not releasing detailed information to the public, even more so during emergency events.
